My Experience with Hoodithin for Healthy Eating

I have been asked by other fitness websites to try out certain diets and see which ones give me the best weight loss results. I dis like diets with a passion so I put hoodia appetite suppressant to the test to see if it could help me.

Oh baby, I worked incredibily!

I was able to eat everything I was told to with a very thin eating plan that usually keeps me hungry but not this time. I was able to do everything while maintaining my workout schedule as fitness is very important to me.

Why did it work?

1) I was able to feel full even when eating only half of what I usually eat.
2) Hoodia help keep my cravings down for breads and pastas even when training hard makes them beneficial.
3) Food became absent to me and thinking about food was not on my mind during the periods I was taking hoodia.

Why not pick up some of these items to use for breakfast for healthy eating and for weight loss?

  • whole grain bagels, breads, buns, pitas...
  • whole grain cereals, served cold or hot
  • rice
  • fruit: apples, berries, grapes, bananas...
  • 100% fruit or vegetable juice
  • vegetables: tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms...
  • soups
  • dried fruits and nuts
  • skim, 1% or 2% milk
  • low-fat yogurt, cottage cheese or cheeses
  • sliced ham, turkey or roast beef
  • eggs
  • peanut butter
  • jams, jellies, sugar, syrup, honey

Healthy Breakfast Quick and Easy

Eating healthy for breakfast to achieve weight loss can be easily obtained by these simple tips:

  • Breakfast can be eaten later in the morning. It does not have to be eaten the moment you step out of bed. You may want to eat something, like yogurt or a sandwich, when you are having a morning break.
