For quick weight loss one must asked himself, "what are the most important meals of the day?" The answer is breakfast and dinner!

Your first and last meal of the day can make you or break you when it come to losing weight. Breakfast is the jump start to your metabolism every morning, and without it you are looking at your BMR dropping around 1/3 less than if you ate breakfast.

Weight Loss In The Spring

Thank you God for this amazing day!
