Excellent Foods for Weight Loss

Our daily consumption of calories should come from healthy foods to help reach your weight loss goals. The minimum amount of food consumed for women should be at least 1200 calories per day and mens should consume at least 1600 calories per day.

The main focus of these calories must come from healthy foods and not junk foods if weight loss is wanted. If you don't eat enough for your body to mobolize correctly than your metabolism will decrease and having you gain weight instead of losing weight.

Eat in Plenty:

Vegetables (avoid avocados and olives), fruits, beans, and whole-grains.

Eat in Moderation:

Skin milk, low-fat yogurt, low-fat cheese, egg whites, low-fat sour cream, low-fat whole grains, low-fat salad dressings, low-fat soups, and low-fat baked goods.

Eat in Sparkely:

Huge amounts of red meat, oils (all kinds including margarine), salad dressing with oil, nuts and seeds, full fat dairy products, alcohol, sugar and sugar alternates,
