Find Time for Weight Loss

Make a list of everything you do, then delegate 10% of the reponsibilities to someone else. Just remember not to be fussy about how others do the tasks that you relinquish: Focus instead on the time you're gaining to focus on relaxing and your weight loss goals.

  • stress you
