5 Best Ways To Include Fitness In Your College Life

It can be difficult with your schedule to stay active and achieve weight loss but with these tips you can do it.

1. Walk or Bike to Class

Try to make your way to class more active by walking or riding your bike.

2. Join an Intramural Sport
This is a fun way to meet more people and get enough exercise.

3. Go for a Walk with Friends
Stay fit and catch up with friends at the same time. Instead of taking a short to your dorm try to take a scenic route and get a little exercise.

4. Take a Fitness Class as a Course
This is a great way to include fitness while getting credits for it. Weight lifting, running or dance can be great exercise for you.

5. Check out your College gym
Most colleges have fitness gyms or workout centers that have free or cheap memberships. They probably include classes like yoga, dancing, cardio, and kickboxing.
