What To And Not To Eat For Weight Loss!

As I have mentioned before that a diet is what you eat and not a strick set of guidelines you must follow like the South Beach diet.

The only diet that will help you achieve weight loss and good eating habits is one that you can stick to. We are not made to only eat fats and proteins because our body needs carbohydrates and we cannot eat only a group of foods as our body needs a different variety to stay strong and healthy.

Here are a couple tips that should help you eat what you need to and avoid foods that you don't need.

1) Consume more greens and vegtables in your diets as we live in a day and age where walking to the store and back or working out in the field all day is not apart of most of our lifestyles.

2) Try to eat more healthy fats like olive oil, avocado, flax seed oil, and nuts instead of trans and saturated fats.

3) Eat a variety of different color and taste foods so your body gets all the vitamins and minerals it needs.

4) The fact is that we cannot get enough vitamins and minerals from our food as we like so supplemention is key for the healthy body.

5) Last, try your best to consume foods as natural as possible and not processed. I am not saying only eat organic foods but do your best to eat freshly as possible foods.

Our body need all sorts of macro and micro nutrients to get enough vitamins and minerals to support digestion and the activity in our lives. If you do not focus on your nutrition than working out will give very few results.

The best possible advice I can give to you about foods not to eat is foods that are greatly processed and made. I love to make things from scratch and that is why I don't have to have health insurance for the most part.

Build your body against all the unwanted sicknesses and diseases out there by exercing and eating healthy.

For now that is it but please give me some response on what you would like me to research and find out for you while adding in my top weight loss site websites information.

Have a great day and God bless!
