Running On The Beach

I just had to tell you what I think is the best type of exercise for weight loss and healthy living. I was at the beach yesterday and started running and what hit me when I was done was I ran 10 miles without really noticing how far I went.

It was awesome!

You have to try this as I have just had the best run in my whole life as God had just shown me this beautiful earth without all the death and hurt in it.

Sometimes it is just what I need to do to forget everything stressful in my life and focus on the good things in life.
